Put this API key in your ProxPanel. Your panel then pushes every active user (with their real speed) here, so during an outage they log in at their normal service speed.

Free plan mirrors up to your user cap. During an outage, synced users get their real speed; everyone else gets the emergency speed above (Hybrid mode).
